Clementine's marmalade, organic, seasonal, natural and so easy and good!


Good morning ! Nothing like the taste of sweet tangy spread on crunchy hot toast. And let me tell you , with just 4 ingredients, you’ll never go back to store-bought marmalade ! In Autumn, I buy clementine's by the bags, and they are in many of my recipes this week..so delicious and healthy. Without preservatives, you will love this!

I serve them over warm toasts, spread with cold greek yogurt and top it with the marmalade, perfect weekend breadkfast!

Ingredients

8 clementine's

1 lemon, seeded

1 cups organic brown sugar

4 full to the rim of organic honey

Instructions

  • REMOVE stems from clementine's and discard. Wash well and pat dry with paper towel

  • FIT food processor with the grater attachment. Push clementine's and lemon, 1 at a time, through the chute, with processor on.

  • TRANSFER mixture into a large saucepan. Stir in sugar and honey, then set over high. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until sugar has melted, about 3 min.

  • POUR into a 1L jar. Let cool completely. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
