Clean eats home made "Sazon" seasonings.

All of the ingredients might not be shown in this image and might not be related.

Many of you ask me to try to develop a good substitute for "Sazon" in the clean eating style, the product is delicious, but it have many preservatives and things we don't want, they do it to make the product last in your shelves. So here it is a clean healthy version you can make and have on hand, remember to save it well since don't have preservatives so it is always fresh and do it in small batches.

Ingredients

This recipe yields you 5 tablespoons

Sazon

1 tablespoon ground Coriander 1 tablespoon ground Cumin 1 tablespoon ground grounded Annatto seeds or use Paprika or Saffron 1 tablespoon Garlic powder 1 tablespoon Salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container.

1 1/2 teaspoons of this mix equal one packet of commercial sazon.
